Therabody RecoveryTherm Back
The Therabody RecoveryTherm Back is a wearable massage device that provides both heat to the back and abdominal regions, as well as vibration to the lower and mid back. After using the RecoveryTherm briefly, I felt relief in my sore back. Heat is an important element to back pain relief, as the American College of Physicians recommends heat as the #1 treatment for back pain.
In this review I will give you an in depth look at the Theragun RecoveryTherm Back . I hope this info will help you figure out how these wrap work, and to decide if a RecoveryTherm Back is the answer to your back pain.

How Does the RecoveryTherm Back Provide Heat and Vibration?
First off, the RecoveryTherm Back is rechargeable device that has a removable battery. Simply charge the battery and you are ready to use the heat and vibration wrap for up to 60 minutes at time. In addition, you can actually purchase backup batteries, if needed.
As mentioned in the intro, you can apply heat to both your back and abdominals, which makes this feature particularly useful for women experiencing Pre-menstrual related cramping.
How Hot does the RecoveryTherm Back get?
While I did not measure the temperature, in laymen's terms, it gets noticeably hot, but not enough to burn you! It is a nice heat, not overbearing but noticeable enough to treat your muscles, even through a layer of clothing. After a few minutes, you will notice immediate tension relief in your back muscles.
Will the RecoveryTherm fit my back?
The RecoveryTherm back wrap fits like an adjustable belt, and you can easily adjust the velcro to comfort (see below). It is designed as a one size fits all model. The fit is very portable, you can both work at a computer or walk around as needed.
The fabric on both of these wraps is really soft and the wraps feel very plush on your body.

Heat therapy is a simple but effective way to help ease tense, sore muscles. The vibration is prominent and also very helpful!
