Moji Heat Wraps Review

How Do the MojiHeat Wraps Provide Heat?
First off, the Moji Heat wraps do not require a battery or charger. In order to heat the MojiHeat Wrap, you simply set it in the microwave for a few minutes. Pro tip: you might want to place a paper towel as beneath it to avoid it contacting any previous food spillage!
After heating the wrap, you will be able to enjoy the heat for up to 30 minutes in normal room temperature conditions. I really enjoyed the soothing feeling of heat from the Moji Heat wrap. I felt my muscles immediately relax from the heat.
How Hot does the MojiHeat Roller get?
According to Moji, it can reach up to 130 degrees. While I did not measure the temperature, in laymen's terms, it gets noticeably hot, but not enough to burn you (if you follow the instructions and do not microwave it over the time limit, as it warns against doing on the label).
It is a nice heat, not overbearing but noticeable enough to treat your muscles, even through a layer of clothing. After a few minutes, you will notice immediate tension relief in your back muscles.
Will it fit my back?
Let's discuss the two different designs of back wraps. First off, you can choose between the mid back wrap and lower back wrap (they also offer a Moji Heat neck wrap for those who are experience neck pain).
The mid back wrap fits like a backpack, and you can easily adjust the straps to comfort (see below). It is designed as a one size fits all model. The fit is very portable, you can both work at a computer or walk around as needed.
The lower back option fits like a belt, and it comes in three different sizes:
- Small 24" to 32" waist size
- Medium 32" to 42" waist size
- Large 42" to 50" waist size
This model is also super portable. You can walk around or sit and work without interference.
The fabric on both of these wraps is really soft and the wraps feel very plush on your body.

Is a MojiHeat Wrap Worth it?
After reviewing the MojiHeat Wraps, I would say that purchasing a MojiHeat Wrap is worth it if you are looking for a convenient way to treat your back pain. Heat therapy is a simple but effective way to help ease tense, sore muscles.
- Convenient Heat Therapy: I found that I didn't realize how much I needed this heat therapy until using it. It is amazing how many muscles relax from the heat. This wrap gives you a quick and easy way of applying heat treatment.
- Good Fit and Portable: It isn't overly heavy or baggy, and you can move freely while wearing it. I often worked on my laptop and typed some of these reviews, while wearing mine!
